How get attachments links

Postby rafaelrmontes » Fri Jun 10, 2016 11:49 am

Hello,
I know that we can attach the files to the email notifications but I was wondering if there is any way to make a permanent link for the attachment and instead to attach to the email just send the link where there file can be viewed after CQ authentication?
thank you

Hi,

It is a good question, but I didn't find a way to create direct links yet, sorry.

May be the script can push the files in to cloud server like mycloud and get back a public link but it may take take pushing the attachments and I don't know if it will make the submission slow.

Hi,

You can use Attachments 2.0 package,
ftp://ftp.software.ibm.com/software/iea ... CQ_AXP.pdf

Thank you,
